Consistent DoT dealer stacking Wind Shear up to 5 times and applying a teamwide DoT vulnerability debuff via Ultimate. Excellent Toughness damage and can run SP-positive, but requires eidolon investment to compete and ramps slowly.

Key Mechanics
- Wind Shear DoT cannot crit — CRIT Rate and CRIT DMG substats are completely wasted. Only ATK%, SPD, and Effect Hit Rate matter for damage scaling.
- Effect Hit Rate must reach 67%+ to guarantee Wind Shear application (65% base chance modified by EHR) and Ultimate DoT vulnerability debuff landing. Below this threshold, damage output drops significantly from missed applications.
