Universal Nihility debuffer whose core value is a 40% AoE DEF shred on Ultimate (110 Energy, 2-turn duration). Fully SP-positive by defaulting to Basic ATK, with Skill reserved for buff removal or surplus SP situations. Talent restores 10 Energy per attack that inflicts a debuff, enabling near-permanent Ultimate uptime with modest Energy Regen investment. Simple kit with no special mechanics — effectiveness comes from consistent DEF shred uptime and zero SP cost.

Key Mechanics

• DEF shred from Ultimate stacks multiplicatively with other damage multipliers (CRIT, DMG%, RES PEN), making it universally valuable for every DPS regardless of their scaling type. Stacks additively with other DEF reduction sources (Genius of Brilliant Stars 4pc, Resolution LC).
• Pela requires 67% total Effect Hit Rate to guarantee Exposed application. A4 trace provides 10% team-wide, so Pela needs ~57% from relics and LC. Before the Tutorial Mission Starts LC provides 20% EHR, making the threshold easy to reach.
• Ultimate uptime is Pela's primary contribution. With 110 Energy cost, 20 Energy from Basic, 5 from Ultimate itself, and 10 from Talent, she needs roughly 2 actions plus Energy Regen to cycle Ultimate every 2 turns. SPD breakpoints (134/143/160) determine how reliably she achieves this.
• Pela's debuff application rate makes her exceptionally strong with Acheron (each debuff applied generates Slashed Dream stacks) and Dr. Ratio (debuffed enemies trigger follow-up attacks). With Resolution LC, every Basic ATK applies a debuff.

1. LC S1 — Lies Dance on the Breeze provides 24% DEF shred on hit plus massive 18% SPD. Gets BiS value immediately and enables faster Ultimate cycling.
2. E4 — Unlocks 12% Ice RES shred on Skill, transforming Pela into premium Ice support. Only valuable if running Ice DPS — otherwise skip.
3. E1 — Minor Energy refund on enemy defeat helps maintain Ultimate uptime in wave content. Low priority standalone but cheap on the way to E4.

Important Notes

• Resolution Shines As Pearls of Sweat LC is near-mandatory to compete with premium debuffers — without it, Pela only applies DEF shred on Ultimate.
• E4 required for Ice RES shred — Ice team composition is entirely locked behind eidolons and provides no value at E0-E3.
• Skill usage is optional in the universal build — staying on Basic ATK is always correct unless surplus SP exists or buff dispel is needed.
• Resolution LC debuff lasts only 1 turn — requires attacking during or immediately after enemy turns for maximum coverage.
