Overview

HP-scaling Wind Remembrance hybrid who summons three Summer Songbirds, then stops taking turns to run a Fever Zone granting the whole team DEF ignore plus adaptive ATK or CRIT DMG. Ramps on ally attacks and healing.

HP-scaling Wind Remembrance hybrid who uses Skill to summon the Summer Songbirds memosprite, then accumulates Vibes from ally attacks, healing, and shields until all three birds are on stage. That triggers the Fever state, which deploys a DEF-ignore Zone and stops Robin taking turns entirely — the birds act on their own inflated SPD while a fixed-SPD-140 countdown halves her Vibes every time it fires. Nearly every buff she provides scales on current Vibes and on her own Max HP.

Key Mechanics

  • The A2 buff is adaptive and checks each ally individually against Robin's own ATK. Allies with higher ATK than Robin receive flat ATK derived from her Max HP (16% + Vibes × 0.4%, so 36% of her Max HP at 50 Vibes); allies with lower ATK receive CRIT DMG instead (40% + Vibes × 1.5%, so 115% at 50 Vibes). The CRIT DMG branch also lands on the Summer Songbirds. Robin's high base ATK of 601 normally puts HP, DEF and other non-ATK scalers on the CRIT DMG side automatically, but ATK% substats on Robin can flip an ally onto the wrong branch.
  • Fever is spent, not held. The fixed-SPD-140 countdown deducts 50% of current Vibes with a minimum of 12 every time it acts, so the DEF-ignore value, the A2 buff size, and the Songbirds' own 60% + Vibes × 2.0% DMG bonus all sawtooth downward and must be refilled by ally actions. At 0 Vibes the birds vanish, Fever ends, and Robin advances 50% to re-summon.
  • Vibe throughput is the binding constraint on every buff she provides. Ally attacks, the first heal or shield in any target's turn, joint attacks (which count as multiple ally attacks), and the Ultimate's Special Guest all feed it. High-attack-frequency shells and healers who heal off-turn refill Vibes fastest; slow, low-frequency, sustainless teams run her at a permanently lower Vibe count and therefore a smaller buff.
  • Her Energy loop works while she is turnless. The Ultimate costs 140 Energy, and she cannot generate Energy through her own actions during Fever. Instead the Songbirds generate 20 Energy per Memosprite Skill, the A4 Groove conversion returns a fixed 3 Energy on the first Vibe gain of any unit's turn, and re-summoning returns 20. Energy Regeneration Rate scales the Groove return, which is why an Energy Regen rope competes with a Max HP rope despite everything else scaling on HP.
  • The Ultimate's Special Guest blocks that ally and their summon from advancing other friendly targets for the 2-turn window. Robin can therefore anti-synergise with other action-advance supports if she Ultimates them, and the advance itself carries no attached buff, so it can be pointed at a secondary support or battery target without any buff loss.
  • memosprite
  • Summer Songbirds
  • A single memosprite entity comprising Bessie, Drummie and Paddie. Bessie is summoned by Skill; the other two arrive automatically at 6 and 12 Vibes. Once all three are on stage the entity enters the Fever state and joins the action order.
  • Stats: Max HP equal to 70% of Robin's Max HP, SPD equal to 180% of Robin's SPD, Taunt 100. A Robin at 160 SPD produces 288-SPD birds.
  • Chirrup Quartet (Memosprite Skill): AoE Wind DMG equal to 150% of the Songbirds' Max HP to all enemies, generating 20 Energy. Used automatically at the start of each Songbird turn.
  • Summoning them regenerates 20 Energy for Robin. When they disappear, Robin's action advances by 50%.
  • While the Songbirds are on the field, all enemies take 8% / 12% / 16% increased DMG based on how many of the three are present.
  • The birds only join the action order once Fever begins — they do not act between being summoned and the third bird arriving.
  • The A6 +50% CRIT Rate and the A2 CRIT DMG branch both apply to the Songbirds, so they crit reliably without Robin building CRIT Rate from relics.
  • enhanced-state
  • Fever State and Zone
  • Triggered when all three Summer Songbirds are on stage. Deploys a persistent Zone, dispels crowd control on Robin and the birds, makes them crowd-control immune, and removes Robin from the turn order until Fever ends.
  • Zone effect: ally targets dealing DMG inside the Zone ignore 15% plus Vibes × 0.5% of enemy DEF — 40% at the 50-Vibe cap.
  • Fever effect: Robin and the Songbirds deal 60% plus Vibes × 2.0% increased DMG — 160% at 50 Vibes.
  • Turn structure: the Songbirds and a separate countdown both appear on the action bar. The countdown has a fixed SPD of 140 and is independent of Robin's SPD.
  • Countdown cost: when the countdown's turn starts, 50% of current Vibes is deducted, with a minimum deduction of 12 points. A team sitting at 12 or fewer Vibes when the countdown acts therefore drops to 0.
  • Exit condition: at 0 Vibes the Songbirds disappear and Robin exits Fever, which also advances her action by 50% so she can re-summon quickly.
  • Robin retains full access to her Ultimate while turnless, so the 100% ally advance and the Energy restore remain available every time she reaches 140 Energy.

Robin • Summeretto FAQ

Who works best with Robin • Summeretto in HSR?

Robin • Summeretto's best team options include Aglaea, Archer, Ashveil. StarGuide rates teammates by role and composition fit so the recommendation reflects how the character is actually played.

What relics should Robin • Summeretto use?

Robin • Summeretto's recommended relic setup is World-Remaking Deliverer with Amphoreus, The Eternal Land, with stat targets around SPD 156+ in-combat; 185.2 (186 for simplicity) for the Memory of Chaos wave-2 breakpoint, CRIT Rate 50% on the sheet, ATK Keep above any ally you want on the CRIT DMG branch.

What is the best light cone for Robin • Summeretto?

Rise and Sing is the top listed light cone for Robin • Summeretto. Signature. Gives 30% Max HP (which converts directly into the size of her flat-ATK buff), recovers 1 Skill Point for the team on every Ultimate, advances her 30% on entering combat, and — the real draw — grants all allies 20% SPD for as long as she holds New Melody. Because she stays in Fever indefinitely once Vibes are flowing, that SPD buff is effectively permanent teamwide. Teams built on SPD scaling or SPD breakpoints gain the most; the HP and the entry advance are both replaceable from elsewhere.

How should I invest in Robin • Summeretto?

Robin • Summeretto's first listed investment priority is E1. The consensus first stop and comfortably the strongest thing on her ladder. The Songbirds bank 100% of the team's non-True damage and cash 11% plus Vibes x 0.1% of it back as True DMG on the highest-HP enemy, clearing only half the record each time so the payout compounds instead of resetting. It converts wasted AoE overkill into boss damage and bypasses DEF, RES and damage-reduction entirely. Reviewed testing puts it near a 29% final-damage increase at an average Vibe count, and it scales further the more targets the team is hitting.

Important Notes

  • Robin E1 and Tribbie E1 do not double-dip — both convert recorded ally damage into a separate payout, so running the two together wastes one of them. Pick whichever is invested and send the other elsewhere.
  • Her Vibe ramp depends on the team, not on her own gear. Joint attacks and frequent multi-hit carries fill the bar fastest, healers and shielders add a second source through the once-per-turn heal or shield trigger, and a slow sustainless team with one attacker will sit at a low Vibe count all fight no matter how she is built.
  • The opening
  • Use her **Technique** before every fight. It advances her 20% at combat start, grants 6 Vibes, and gives the whole team a 30% DMG boost for two turns — the self-advance is what gets the Songbirds out before the team needs them.\n\nOn her first turn, press **Skill**. That summons Bessie and grants 6 more Vibes, taking her to 12 from the Technique alone, which immediately pulls in Drummie at 6 and Paddie at 12. All three on stage triggers Fever, deploys the Zone, and takes her out of the turn order.\n\nThe opening Skill is worth 50 Energy — 30 from the Skill plus 20 from the summon — so her first Ultimate is close from the start.
  • Once Fever starts, she plays herself
  • Robin does not take turns during Fever. The only button you ever press again is her **Ultimate**.\n\nThe Songbirds act on their own inflated SPD (180% of hers), hitting every enemy for 150% of their Max HP. A separate fixed-SPD-140 countdown sits on the action bar; every time it fires, half your Vibes (minimum 12) are deducted.\n\n- Your buffs are largest right before the countdown and smallest right after.\n- If Vibes ever hit 0 the birds vanish and Fever ends — but she advances 50% on the way out, so re-summoning is quick.\n- In practice you only leave Fever in very low-attack-frequency teams.
  • Where the Ultimate goes
  • Her Ultimate advances one ally 100%, gives them 20% of their Max Energy back, and marks them **Special Guest** for two turns.\n\nUnlike most advance supports, **no buff is attached to the target** — so you are free to point it wherever the rotation needs it, not at whoever you want buffed.\n\n- **Default:** the ally who attacks most often. Special Guest doubles their Vibe contribution to 2 per attack, and their summon counts too.\n- **Battery use:** an Energy-starved secondary support. The percentage Energy restore is worth the most on expensive Ultimates.\n- **Do not** Ultimate another action-advance support you rely on. Special Guest blocks them from advancing anyone else for those two turns.
  • Who she buffs, and with what
  • Her A2 trace checks each ally's ATK against her own and picks a branch automatically:\n\n- **Higher ATK than Robin** → flat ATK equal to 16% + Vibes x 0.4% of her Max HP. At 50 Vibes that is 36% of her Max HP handed over as raw ATK.\n- **Lower ATK than Robin** → 40% + Vibes x 1.5% CRIT DMG, so 115% at 50 Vibes. HP scalers, DEF scalers and Elation carries land here — and so do the Songbirds.\n\nOn top of that, everyone inside the Zone ignores 15% + Vibes x 0.5% of enemy DEF, and enemies take up to 16% more damage once all three birds are out.\n\nHer 601 base ATK normally sorts allies onto the right branch by itself — just watch that stray ATK% substats do not push an HP scaler onto the wrong side.

Build

Robin • Summeretto Investment Priority

  1. E1 — The consensus first stop and comfortably the strongest thing on her ladder.
  2. E2 — The second stop, and the one that lifts every other number at once. 18% All-Type RES PEN for the whole team is a multiplicative bucket nothing else in her kit touches, and raising Max Vibes from 50 to 70 takes DEF ignore from 40% to 50%, the CRIT DMG branch from 115% to 145%, and the Fever damage bonus from 160% to 200%. It also feeds E1 a bigger payout rate. Sits ahead of the signature because the signature's three effects are each individually replaceable.
  3. LC S1 — Third. Rise and Sing gives 30% Max HP, a Skill Point back on every Ultimate, and a teamwide 20% SPD buff that is effectively permanent because she never takes a turn to let it expire. Real value, but the HP is available from any HP cone, the entry advance is duplicated by her own Technique and by a Sprightly Vonwacq ornament, and the Skill Point is not always needed. The one standing exception is Aglaea, where the team SPD directly serves her SPD demand and the signature is worth taking first.
  4. E4 — Optional fourth stop, and only worth counting on an account that already owns E1. It front-loads 12 Vibes on every Fever entry and speeds the Songbirds by 20% plus Vibes x 0.5%, so the birds act more often, generate more Vibes themselves, and cash out the E1 damage record more times per cycle.

Best Robin • Summeretto Light Cones

  • Rise and Sing (Best in Slot): Signature.
  • To Evernight's Stars: Off-signature Remembrance five-star and the strongest alternative for her personal damage. 30% Max HP feeds both her buff conversion and the Songbirds' damage, and its memosprite DEF-ignore stacks on top of the Fever Zone's own DEF ignore for the Songbird hits. Its Energy-on-memosprite-disappear clause rarely fires for Robin, because she is designed to stay in Fever rather than cycle the birds. Scored above the signature at high superimposition deliberately: at S5 its 60% Max HP, 30% memosprite DEF ignore and 60% memosprite DMG all land on the two things her damage actually reads, whereas the signature's superimposition scaling mostly buys team SPD whose value swings hard with the team.
  • Memory's Curtain Never Falls: Herta Store five-star and the accessible pick when the team wants SPD out of her rather than raw HP. Trades the HP% other options give for 6% SPD plus a 3-turn 8% teamwide DMG buff after Skill. The DMG buff is on a timer tied to her Skill, and Robin normally casts Skill once, so the buff runs out mid-fight — the SPD is what you are really buying.
  • The Story's Next Page: The easy four-star answer and the best value-per-cost option on her. Solid base HP plus an HP% passive is most of what a budget Robin actually wants, since her buff size, her Songbirds' HP, and her Songbirds' damage all read the same Max HP number. No SPD and no Skill Point return, but nothing about the build breaks without them.
